What is the Midea Family Program?
The Midea Family Program is an exclusive initiative by Midea Qatar designed to simplify home maintenance and deliver long-term comfort.
When your home includes 10 or more Midea products — air conditioners or home appliances — you become eligible for 3 years of free maintenance for all home appliances in your house, even those from other brands.
What Does the Program Include?
✔ Free maintenance for all Midea air conditioners and home appliances
✔ Free maintenance for home appliances from other brands
✔ Certified technicians trained by Midea
✔ One centralized service provider for your entire home
✔ Transparent service with no hidden labor charges
Important Note:
Spare parts for non-Midea appliances are not included and will be charged separately.
Maintenance service and labor remain free.
Eligibility & Conditions
Minimum 10 Midea products in the same residential property
Applicable products include:
- Air Conditioners
- Home Appliances (washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, etc.)
Maintenance coverage includes:
- Inspection
- Cleaning
- Adjustment
- Operational troubleshooting
Notes:
- Spare parts for non-Midea brands are excluded
- Program is valid within the State of Qatar only
- All services are subject to technical evaluation by Midea Qatar
